If you get this chair, please buy the insurancewarranty. On the positive side, it is easy to assemble. However, it may be user error, but one handrail has been wobbly ever since I assembled it, making it easier to assemble, and now it is very comfortable to use.

The chair is great. I just wish this project and seller would stop me from trying the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in (I'm 67 years old). If you return it, you get nothing.

But as I sat in it started to slip and fall, I didn't bother to sit in the chair but gently sat down to make sure I didn't fall or slip.

Need a gaming chair but don't want to spend a lot of money. This is for my son's bedroom. It was easy to put together, only took about 10 minutes. All I want to say is it's catered for a petite person.

I am only 140 lbs. It hurts even for me. I would not recommend this product to anyone. But it is easy to assemble. This chair is not at all comfortable.

The squeaking is so loud, when I have to get up early and work at my desk, I sit down and my daughter starts tossing and turning until she wakes up.

Just what my back needs and it's super comfortable.I love my new chair.It takes a little time to set up but that's what happens if you don't follow the instructions, haha.

I've thought about returning it but I don't want to go through the trouble of disassembling, packaging and returning it. I'd give my 50 back. 2 stars, the thing is worth it. But if you spend more than an hour a day in your office chair, don't buy this crap.

There is no buffering or bouncing. When the chair is assembled, the back is also accentuated (it's a communicative shape, so see the assembly picture, I don't have one). I don't particularly do that. I'm a woman, so most women provide some degree of personal buffering, but I might put a buffer or two on top of that.

I removed the handrail and used a set of screws and it worked great.The material in the seat area is rough...if you're wearing shorts it's not the best but overall it's worth it.

We go back, loosen the screws, then fix the tricky screws in place while rocking the chair a bit. Finally we're in and generally very happy.

Very simple instructions and the company sent enough screws, which is always great! I use this chair as my dressing table and it fits very well. I definitely recommend this product
